WOOD STORK is created in the Bimmerle Private Distillery in the Black Forest. The family business was founded in 1966 by the cooper and spirits expert Günter Bimmerle was founded. It all began in a small garage in Renchen.
Over the decades, this workshop developed into one of the best-known distilleries in Germany. What has remained is the passion for good distilling and the love of exceptional spirits.
The distillery grew steadily over generations. The first fruit brandies gave rise to a wide range of high-quality spirits that are now in demand both nationally and internationally.
A new chapter in the company's history began in 2016 with the state-of-the-art, sustainably produced distillery in Sasbach. The new facility offers space for innovation and the development of new brands.
In addition to classic fruit brandies under the Lörch brand, the Bimmerle Private Distillery also produces modern spirit brands such asNeedle Blackforest Gin, EVERMANN Whisky, WOOD STORK Rumand Don Pasquale brand aperitifs and liqueurs.
All products share the same philosophy. Traditional distilling skills meet high-quality ingredients and a clear connection to the Black Forest.
